SQ227 Over 3 Hours late

Hi anyone know why SQ227 was over 3 hours late into Melbourne this morning as left on time?

Wasn't aware there was fog this morning, if that was the case where was the diversion?
 
According to the SQ website it left SIN almost 3.5 hours late, which would account for that delay.
