Sure ... of couse, now even on weekends it's as much as $6.50 using 901.

I remember a $2 bus from Cincinatti to the Airport 20 months ago ...

I could be wrong, but I think "downtown" means the "CBD". There is the Dallas Light Rail terminal near the conversion centre and a few convention-focused hotels.
