***please note this post is not relating to the NEW citibank signature reward qantas rewards credit card which was introduced after May 2014***

Hello everyone

I'm having a small issue with Citibank at the moment and I'm hoping this wonderful community will be able to provide me with some knowledge.

The situation is that I applied for the Citibank Signature Rewards credit card back when there was the 80,000 QFF points promotion and the reduced annual fee of $299.00 (around March 2014).

When the card was issued to me, there was a small booklet with information on the earn rate of Qantas points which stated that you would receive an ADDITIONAL 1 QFF point per dollar spent on Qantas products. So in essence, you would receive 2 QFF points per dollar spent on Qantas products.

Citibank are now claiming that this was never the case and that in order to attain the additional points I'm entitled to (I recently booked a few thousand dollars worth of Qantas flights on the card), I need to send proof that this was written in the booklet (of which I'm positive it was).

I'm would be ever so grateful if anyone who has this booklet handy could upload a picture or something so I can prove to Citibank that they need to honour the points structure that they advertised. I have also confirmed that there have been no terms and conditions changes since I opened the card in March 2014.

Thanks everyone and hopefully this gives me a win! :-)

Could be wrong, but I never heard of that bonus.

Good luck finding what you need, if it does exist.

Hi - Thank you for your reply. Another AFF member had the book and was able to provide me with a copy.

For others wanting to know - I was correct with the Qantas earn rate and have commenced action with Citibank.
