I think the ACA probably appears across different airlines.

I would value a one stop Area on all ACA issues. Given QF is "racing to the bottom " tnen ACA will no doubt be busier?


I just had an issue resolved and spoke with the advocate yesterday ...

Im imagining a sticky at the top - a "How to" ( I'd be happy to draft that for you )


Then perhaps a summary of their annual report(s) .. another sticky ( again I'd do a draft for you to edit)

then open to "war stories" - Id start the ball rolling there too
