Confusion reigns (rains?) supreme!

Hi all

Hopefully I have found a site that may be able to help me in my quest to sort out my flights/flyer points etc.

I will post my question in another forum, but suffice to say I have points in various plans, neither of which give hope for a reward flight - ever.

Since I am now retired, "ever" is getting closer!

Looking forward to some unbiased advice - even if it is not the news I want!
