Virgin Australia have run them every six months for 15% bonuses (were 20%). Last one was in October - http://www.australianfrequentflyer....velocity/15-off-award-bookings-til-54288.html - so overdue for another one

No, there are 9 airline transfer partners, including Virgin Australia and Virgin Atlantic, although not Virgin America - Membership Rewards
