I have a trip to LAX next Monday (VA1) and have to go to Wichita, have a day or two spare, would appreciate any suggestions for status run to end up in ICT,

U/f farecompare seems to have changed site design, an the easy search no longer available.
so have done a few other searches by competitor hubs.

Base *UP fare LAX-DFW/ORD-ICT is US$1091 for 120 SCs (US$9.09/SC)

Selecting CLE (Cleaveland) on a multi-stop
LAX-DFW=CLE=ORD-DFW_ICT for $1310 for 295 SCs (CLE flights Y only) ($4.44/SC)

Selecting IAH (Houston) on a multi-stop
LAX-DFW-IAH-DFW-ICT for $1280 for 300 SCs ($4.27/SC)

Selecting ANC (for distance) on a multi-stop
LAX-ANC-SEA-DFW-ICT for $1598 for 420 SCs ($3.80/SC) Assuming the Alaskan codeshare earns SCs (i believe it should)

anyhow... gauntlet down. Actually surprised that there is availability for the instant upgrades only a week out
