Hi All


I had a wonderful experience with Kris flyer today. I received an email with regards a flight to SIN to CDG.


It advised me that they had changed aircraft from the A380 to 777-300er and changed our seats to the two Center seats in F, as Dr She whom must be obayed is not the best flyer and only copes with a window. I called Kris, and explained, that The main reson we fly upto SYD from MEL is so we can fly on the lager aircraft.


The tickets where booked using points. The person I talked to at Kriss was great and said he would pop us on a waitlist for the 11am A380 and try to get permission to change the flight.


He told me it may take some days but he would do his best, we'll blow me down if 20 minute later I had a call from a women at Kriss confirming the New flight.

Arranged for seats 2A 3A and when I checked the book the cook info was there.

Amazing how such a large organisation continually gets it right.
SQ have always exceeded my fair and reasonable test often going way and beyond particularly when no added costs involved.
