I used this service to add the final flights to my 280k OWA. Took a bit over half an hour to get an initial response and another 40 minutes to have it all completed. As a NB the response times were better than I've had trying to call QF.

To the query above I was sent a link to do the payment.
 
Would also be useful if the Bot advised replies are made to the QFF text number not the Bot number. Might just give QF that feedback

Available via Aussie mobiles. Anyone tried this or know the limitations of the service? On hold to Qantas now and heard it. I don't know how long it's been about.

Might be useful for things that don't need urgent attention. Beats being on hold!
You have to sms Qantas your FF no.They do not mention this in their instructions
 
You can also use the chat feature via the app too, incase you're overseas don't want to pay roaming charges.
I had to change a segment of an awards booking, and completed it with like 3 or 4 messages.

Glad they have this feature now.
