Yearly multi-trip including motorbikes in Bali

I spend 6 days per fortnight in Bali, and just noticed that my insurance specifically excludes cover for motorbike accidents in Bali.

While I have been doing this for 2 years without a claim, I need a yearly multi trip insurance cover that does cover me for that.

multitrip.com.au seems to be the best option, $174 for their essential cover with excess waiver and flight cancellations included.
Seems the best price I can get? With a few qantas FF points to boot
