YASA for partner..who gets SC and miles?

Forgive a newbie question, had a quick look through QF site and this forum but couldn't find the answer:

I want to book YASA RTW for wife to travel alone (approx 160k points and $1100 for itinerary and dates I want, BNE-PER-xSIN-LHR-IAD-xDFW-BNE), using my points.

She is no status. By time I book, I will be WP.

questions are:
Who gets the SCs?
Who gets the miles?
Are the miles at rate of person flying or person booking (ie no status or WP)?

She gets the miles, SC's at her no status rate.
