Hi Guys,

Got a few questions about Singapore Air upgrade process as I haven't been through it before.

I want to fly to either HND or NRT. So it will be:

MEL > SIN > HND or NRT.

Can I upgrade just on leg (e.g SIN > NRT) or do I have to upgrade the whole trip (MEL > SIN > NRT). I've searched through the KrisFlyer site, I'm assuming if Business Saver reward seats are available then Y > J upgrade is available or is there another way to search to confirm availability as I'm flexible with dates.

I don't have enough points to upgrade the whole way but can upgrade part way at least.

Thanks

You can upgrade individual legs, the system will show you what type of upgrades are available when you attempt to upgrade.
A route like Singapore to Haneda could have many business travellers so may not have any saver upgrades at peak times.
