Hi all,

So since Covid, I've had a lot more success in securing J Classic Awards by calling the WP help desk and having seats requested, as opposed to playing the Y->J upgrade lottery.
I have a question regarding other's experience doing this. Sometimes the requests will come back effectively immediately as Confirmed, and other times I'm told to "call back within 24-48 hours", as it's in a requested state.
Any time it's been requested like this for me, however, it never seems to come back as confirmed a day or two later - perpetually stays "requested" until it's removed.
What have other WP's experience been like with this? Have you ever seen a request go to confirmed after a day or two?

Thanks,

Josh
