Someone just posted this on reddit.

Check your chickens before consuming....

Freezing food, then declaring its fresh always contains some risk to it I suppose.

Chickensashimi? LOL.

But on a serious note, l'm guessing that either a) The chickens weren't thawed out properly or b) Timer not set properly on the combi-oven.

Perhaps that would be a good time to take them up on their stupid "fresh or free guarantee."

(I once did, and the girl at the counter didn't know what to do as no-one had ever actually claimed it. I ended up getting a replacement bag of nuts but the girl treated me like I was stupid for taking them up on their over-publicised promise)

Mistakes happen, this is one of them.

I wonder if the person with the undercooked chicken just decided to put it all over social media, or bothered to go back to the store etc etc

I would take a photo with the receipt next to it and go back next time I was shopping and ask for a refund...
