Hi

I'm looking at getting a Visa card that earns QFF points. Does anyone know if the Woolworths Qantas Platinum is worthwhile? The first year's fee is $99 and $169 thereafter. It gives 1QFF per $ spent up to 2,500QFF a month.

Any thought appreciated.

and .5 of a point above $2500. Its a basic card with not too many bells and whistles. Connect it to your WW everyday account and get QF points when you shop as well

I have the card and use it daily for bits and pieces as mentioned before, earns 1 point up to $2500 per month, which I try to limit my spend to.
It is a good card if you can get fee free. I have managed to get it waived when the annual fee is due.

I've been using it as much as possible for everything from buying a coke from a vending machine to a large flatsceen TV. It also helped when I got the join-up bonus Qantas points. Just make sure you pay of your monthly total to avoid the interest fee, of course.

When it went to a $2.5K limit, I killed it as not being worth the fee (after I had got a year fee-free for threatening to cancel.)
