What about starting a separate thread for people to make a note on once they complain to Woolworths about lack of bonus points. ???? Would be interesting to see how many people actually do complain through the feedback and it also might gather some momentum as people see it growing ??

What about it MODS ??? What have we got to lose. Might get something back if Woolies see a constant growing stream of complaints coming into them ??

the power of social media can do wonders !

What do others think ??

sumthinfornothin, your suggestion has been approved :D

May I suggest that to gain more interest, the following information be supplied about the Feedback form that is completed:

1. Promo offer relevant to complaint
2. Reason for complaint (as per the feedback form) (ie. no interest in product, want bonus points not fuel discounts, etc)

I was getting a Woolies points offer every week up until about 7 or 8 weeks ago, took 80% up, not had a single one since, asked why received this computer generated message with no reply.

"Everyday Rewards customers are chosen to receive exclusive offers that are relevant to them. When offers we think you’ll enjoy come up, we’ll send you an email, so please make sure your contact details are up to date".

Contact details are up to date as they just emailed me!.

I haven't complained yet but I will now after reading this thread
Although I will say that since the FF points offers dried up, I have now discovered that my local Coles has had an extreme makeover, is selling clothes and is now the beneficiary of my little extra shops through the week ;)
( previously I would have driven past there to chase QFF boni at Woolies)

This is my pont they have dried up, have woolies realised the deal was not that great?.

Mrs Lime says she only gets the Woolies offer once a month now, and like eme it was once per week, something is amiss somewhere.

Since I sent feedback that fuel offers were useless for me, not one offer, zero, zilch.

Heres my feedback. This weekend at COLES 5 FLYBUY POINTSfor every dollar spent instore. Are you reading this woolworths? Guess where my dollars are now going:)

Maybe the person who gave out all the bonuses is no longer employed, no doubt helped by a few people on this board who had some large returns.

Coles for me this week too! I've gone from zero to 11.5k Flybuys points in 8 or 9 weeks since WW stopes providing points bonus offers!

I've sent feedback only once to the effect of "fuel vouchers are of no use to me, please bring back bonus FF points". Apart from that, I have made a point of not activating irrelevant targeted promotions, which since August/September has been 99% of the offers, and using my EDRCC at Coles hoping WW get the message.

WW have certainly lost the income from my pocket since they replaced bonus FF points with fuel vouchers.

i am glad i am not the only person thinking that something was amiss without any offers recently. Also i have found that at the WW petrol stations if you use a paper fuel voucher and present your everyday rewards card they cancel the voucher. i know it is a bit double dipping but when you fill a diesel at areound 170$A you want the points for spending that much money

I use a 5% off gift card after blipping the back of my Woolies credit card for the EDR points. Liked the idea so much I bought almost $30k of gift cards this month. Went Amex so I get the extra points to QFF.

I am changing from bonus fuel points to savings off the fuel price. I believe this hurts WW more then it hurts me. I can get more value out the points then what it costs WW, but by changing to a monetary saving it costs WW more in the long run!

I dont click on the fuel offers (no use to me). WW dont seem to have got the message!

Christmas is usually pretty competitive in the supermarkets so I'm expecting the offers to ramp up in December!

Do people think not activating offers has any impact?

I activate what I *might* use and if I end up collecting, great. If not, I don't give it another thought. Of course, my activations occurred when we were getting bonus point offers. :)

The Frequent Flyer Concierge team takes the hard work out of finding reward seat availability. Using their expert knowledge and specialised tools, they'll help you book a great trip that maximises the value for your points.

Yes, I've also missed the bonus points offers from Woolies. As Coles is closer, I am doing far more shopping at Coles now. Hopefully Woolworths will bring back the EDR points. Good idea about giving feedback.

I activate everything I get. While now Woolworths related, it paid off last week when I got a heap of points from something I signed up to months ago and had forgotten about!

My shopping remains mostly price driven, Coles were mostly in front, but my local Woolies seemed to have sharpened their pencils lately. Some good discounts to be had.
