All prepaid Visa, Mastercard and Eftpos gift cards have purchase fees. Woolworths haven't run a decent offer on them since Dec 2024 but Coles have as recently as Feb 2026. I suspect we may see more from Coles but likely not Woolworths unless they suddenly come to their senses.
