Just got off the phone with them, they confirmed the right cards were purchased and my rewards card was scanned. They said up to 2 weeks to get the points credited otherwise I can call back. Must have been a system quirk. I thought the same (that I had the wrong cards)

That's definitely not normal. These types of bonus have ordinarily been instant. I wouldn't have walked away from the store if the points hadn't shown on the docket.
Fair point, I had a trolley full of groceries which I was checking the docket for instead...ideally all would have been on the same receipt but we can't pay for gift cards using e-gift cards anymore

I am happy to confirm that the Woolworths where I just shopped still had Only1 $100 cards with the $5.95 fee, and they had edited their signs to show the 1000-points offer at that price, and i did receive the bonus points for $105.95 a pop.
The number of points basically seems to be 10x the actual cost of the card. I got 5300 points for a five-card purchase.

Does anyone know the difference between black and grey Best Restaurant cards? The Best Restaurant website shows several restaraunts accept only one or the other, and some both. Woolies are selling grey ones this week (according to catalogue) however I have some black ones I need to use as well. @chk123 what colour were the ones you bought?

Assume it is applying at 10x the standard rate, not 10x the 1000 bonus points? Still makes the offers VERY attractive

The Christmas Bonus didn't appear on my receipt so I read the T&Cs which says the bonus will be loaded within 7 days. It also says doesn't apply to gift cards. I am not hopeful of getting the Christmas Bonus but not complaining as the activation fee is only $5.95.

Did you register 2 hours before purchase?
The bonus is showing on my receipt for a purchase made today. 10 x points were awarded instantly.
I actually delayed my visit to specifically wait out the 2 hours. Oh well. Maybe I'll try again tomorrow.

I also didn’t receive the 10x offer this morning. Is it possible the bonus on your receipt was for the 1k points catalogue offer, or was it definitely both sets of points?
Edit: I bought the $105.95 cards, and appear to have the 10x offer but not the 1k points/card offer, total points earned were 10,600. Will try and find the $106.95 cards and have another go
