Withdrawal of credited Qantas FF points

Can a Credit Card company access and withdraw Qantas FF points from your FF account if they mistakenly credited the account with points (e.g. 20,000 :D FF points)?
 
Sure can, it's happened before.

Whether they find out and take them back is another story

Took the ‘honesty is the best policy’ approach and notified the cc company today who apologised for any inconvenience and advised that they ‘may’ recall the credited points after a review.
