Lord's Ashes Second Test

Typically all of our travel for the period is booked so no entry here. Probably a good thing really since we are getting married in NSW on the 3rd day of the match - I would not be popular!!

Bit of a strange t&c.
Eligible entrants: Residents of Australia aged 18 or over who are an employee of an Eligible Business during the Promotion Period. Eligible Business: A business with a valid Australian Business Number (ABN) and with a maximum of 1,000 employees, excluding, travel wholesalers, travel agents, transport providers or tour operator businesses, or businesses that have a Corporate Airfares Agreement with Qantas.

Seems like they are trying to promote their qantas travel management systems.

Yeah i think a corp travel promotion, the email arrived at work last Wednesday I think.

Yeah i think a corp travel promotion, the email arrived at work last Wednesday I think.

Which also explains why the entry form has the following:
Tell us in 25 words or less "Why do you choose Qantas for your business travel?"

The email I got was definitely from qantas corporate email. Ie related to my business newsletter. I just have to book an international flight or a return domestic.

I didn't realise it was a business offer. I'm a one man band but have an ABN so I do qualify. All I need is to make an INT flight! That doesn't happen often enough for my liking these days. Hard when you have to pay for your own travel. Cue the violins.

I'm not sure I'd want to be there anyway even though it's a life long dream. We are probably going to get shellacked. Although currently NZ is giving them problems. Maybe they're better than us anyway.

I wonder how they screened who got the e-mail? In my Profile I have that I'm Principal of my company (details given) , with comms to go to company addresses. Which they do. Except in this case, it seems.
