Will my baggage be booked through?

Hi.

With the hope/assumption(?) that travel will return to normal by this time next month, I have a query: I've booked to go to Palau (Micronesia, near Guam). First leg is via Qantas points with China Airlines to Taiwan. Second leg is also via China Airlines to Palau, but paid for in cash direct through China Airlines.

Would my baggage be booked straight through to Palau, or could I request it at the airport by showing my booking? Or would I have to get my luggage at Taiwan and re-check in for the second leg?

you can give the two booking PNR at check-in and they will check your bag through to final destination.
