I noticed in the Adelaide QP they had Air Asia flight to KUL listed!

Maybe they have a lounge access agreement although they are not partners?

Those displays are managed by the airport. They are meant to be tailored, but I have also noticed that they often include some flights which they shouldn't...

Wouldn't the FJ flight also be QF391?

Platinum One Frequent Flyer
Next onward flight must be on a Qantas^, Emirates^, Jetstar Airlines+ or oneworld flight number.#

I noticed the FIDS in the QF Flounge displays certain 'partner' flights that pax would not have lounge access to (FJ, MU etc)

You have access to the F lounge when flying FJ and MU, so long as it's QF marketed.

I've seen NZ flights displayed at QF SYD F.
Yes the NZ have always been there.
I used them to see if there were delays etc at destination because if they were delayed as well then WLG had issues.
I too think it is from the airport data feed rather than the off chance a CL would be looking at their non-OW flights.
