Heavens to murgatroid!

The departing without clearance is bad enough, but the other carrier refusing to yield to a plane that had declared a PAN state due to fuel is just as inexcusable.

I think improvement of their English skills isn't enough. Time to send em' back to basic training me thinks.

Unbelievable! One of the reasons I'm not particulary keen on trying any of those carriers.

WOW I cant believe this still happens. I had a friend that worked for CASA (or whatever it was called then) 15 years ago and she said one of the biggest issues they had with Chinese carriers was that the pilots didn't speak English. Not much has changed.

Certainly doesn't give me confidence in travelling airlines of China.

Wow,

This should not ever happen.

I hope the aviation authority in which ever country this ever happens gets it's ability to fly in that country suspended and also it's subsidiaries airlines as well.
