So I posted back in Jan 2025.
Had to update two Priority Pass accounts via Citi Free for Life(Mycard)
Used the Mycard code 2x and both Priority accounts appeared on each phone with 2 Free Passes.
The My card had a supplementary card attached.....
Now after the trip and using both phones and both Priority Pass accounts, the Priority Pass said two Free Visits on each, been charged 36US/$60AU for using the the lounge. (Basically $60 for a cup of coffee consumed!)
Plan on contacting Priority Pass, as it should not have appeared on the App if the supplementary card has been charged a Priority visit?
Is this a valid argument?
Edit: I have just checked my account that was valid and used in December 2025 and now it is showing my old account on the app (Expired) even though I put in correct login info? I have the new membership No. that it is not showing on login?
Went back over emails and last Priority Pass email was November 2024 with updated membership number.
Using email address to login in not recognized.
Edit: I rang Priority Pass today
1. Via boost Unlimited free call you need to dial 0011 before the Hong Kong Number
2. A voice message says to ring between Monday and Friday but then says if in English Hold.
3. I got a person that identified me with membership number and last 4 digits credit card.
4. My username is updated and my phone password manager had not updated
5. Everything works and is there.
Asked about charge on family member and told they have to ring them to discuss.....
