*whinge* about no access Admirals Club even when flying domestic First

AA may be a better OWE but as i travel more domestically than int i'm happy with the QF WP.

More power to you. Other than the hold when calling QF I find my seating domestically or internationally to be quite acceptable. 2nd or 3rd row of Y - assuming I call at a reasonable distance in advance. The improvements to MMB help but not when you are trying to seat 2 PAX together on different PNRs.

But I travel to the NA continent enough to enjoy AA much more.

YMMV

BA has a similar tack about it re: lounge access only with necessary card, i.e. they will ignore all requests to lookup / call the other airline about a membership number for lounge access, let alone look at a BP for information (i.e. they really want the card).

Got in to Galleries at T3 with just the BP no problem on Monday..

And that's what I assumed, that flying domestic F would at least give me *A* lounge access even if it's the basic Admirals Club.

It's almost like buying a brand new BMW 5 Series, you take delivery of the $100K vehicle and power windows does not come factory fitted :!:

BMW are known for their costly inclusions......remember when Benz sold a car and to keep it under the luxury car tax it don't come with a radio, a Merc where the radio was an option!
