These are the old birds from JQ (VH-EBM or VH-EBN). Nothing special about them unfortunately

The seat map shown by the OP is for the old JQ 332. However, EBM and EBN are QFd aircraft and 1D does exist on these 332.

The biggest issues with the old JQ 332 is no exit row seating in row 23 (a tight bulkhead instead) and only main screen entertainment in Y. Almost all PER-BNE 332 now appear to be like this so it was almost better to have the 763....

So i guess this is EBM/EBN then? Gosh its a red eye this friday :/

I hope so as the seat map is the same as a red eye flight I have a week on Friday, I doubt it will be though :(

The easiest way to tell if they're the old J* planes is if Row 23 is listed as exit - if it is then they're not.
As a side note I've been doing red-eye Per-BNE for about 2.5 years now and I've had the skybeds once in I reckon 40 flights, albeit only about 10 of them I've actually been booked in J. It was so big a deal they actually announced it in the QP if anyone wanted an upgrade.
Most of the time I just stayed with the exit rows in Y but that's all ended now, I'm not donating any more cash than I actually need to anymore.

Which type seat and IFE features on the QF A332 where J is AB EF JK; Y begins at 23 but 23 and 24 DEFG are missing?

Sounds to me like a domestic configuration with recliner seats in J and seatback IFE in all classes.
