Going to spend a few days in Melbourne. Usually swim for exercise. Hard to decide on hotel photos whether the swimming pools in most of them is long enough for swimming laps (say 20 meters or more). Any suggestions?

Crown Towers has a great pool and amazing gym. I basically live there :)

Did a few laps in the Park Hyatt a few weeks back. Not one for swimming in-doors but for a hotel it was ok.

How about the Melbourne Sports and Aquatic Centre in Albert Park.

Location & Parking | Melbourne Sports & Aquatic Centre

Great place with spa and sauna and great lap lanes.

Check first so as not to clash with squad training.

On a seperate but similar theme as I like to swim laps too.

Reading in the news on my arrival to Singapore of a survey/test done on hotel pools and some of them seemed to have more urine than water in them.

Possibly due in part to the high cost of water in Singapore.

My exercise in Singapore was walking followed by Tiger.

Not sure if it is suitable for the OP bit for novelty I think the Adelphi(?) has a pool which juts out over the street a bit.
