Which lounge Singapore T1?

I found the BA lounge to be much more inviting than the QF J Lounge. The QF lounge food options were quite lame and it is kind of one large drinking barn (I know, a factor of the number of people eligible to enter) whereas the BA lounge has a nice lounge kind of feel.

Great selection of self-serve drinks in BA lounge. Some satay at the buffet and some hot meals and champagne available from a online booking app and the food gets sent to your seat:

Lounge menu had two options: Butter Chicken and vegetarian something (sorry the screen only showed one at a time).

Also on the lounge menu was access to a relaxation app (Restworks) which was actually very good if you're into mindfulness and have noise-cancelling headphones.

If you have access, the SIN EK lounge is probably the pick of the bunch. Tarmac views and still cooked to order meals per below:

Thanks Muppet! This is exactly the feedback I wanted. A quiet relaxing space is what I am mostly after.
So maybe for us a quick stop at QA lounge for shower and then across to BA for tranquility and a try of their mindfulness app!
