Which lounge in SYD and HKG

Hi,

I am a skywards Gold member travelling SYD-HKG with my wife and daughter on QF127/QF128. Tickets are Y.
Can we use either/or Emirates/Qantas lounges in Sydney and Hong Kong, and will either have any issues with me bringing in my wife and daughter ?
If both are an option - are there any suggestions which one is better ? I've only ever used the QF one, and sporadic at that, as most of my travel with QF is domestic.
