Hi guys,

I am new to the community, and as per everyone's advise signed up for QFF, and SPG. Both of these are good for me as they are my corporate preferred airlines and hotels. Saying that, they still operate in Best Fare of the Day, so there might be a chance i have to fly with other airlines.

Keeping this in mind, do i need to sign up for other Oneworld airlines(BA,AA,CX) frequent flyers as well?

On the SPG front, I am planning to get a Diners card to maximize my points there, what i wanted to understand is why is points transferred to AA viewed so favorable for Australian flyers?

Cheers!

Simple really. AA has an extremely good award chart, e.g. return to Europe in Business is 120K points with low fees vs double that and high fees on QF. Suggest you have a look at their chart, its not hard to find value.
