My partner is about to fly Darwin-Santiago via Sydney and we don't know the best use for his complimentary lounge pass:
1. Darwin on departure - a decent option if he arrives early
2. Sydney on departure - has 6 hours in transit in Sydney so would be the best option normally but apparently can't use the complimentary pass at Sydney International while renovations are going on, correct?
3. Santiago on return - I'm assuming there's no option here?
4. Sydney on return - an option but only has about 2.5-3 hours in transit so could end up being a quick visit to QC in domestic terminal.
None of these options are particularly enticing. A real pity about Sydney International lounge. I'm thinking Darwin is actually the best option but he's been there a number of times now so it's not particuarly special. Am I missing anything?
