Where to Credit Turkish Airlines miles?

Hi - first time THY flyer.
Usually a QF/one world flyer.

Any advice on where to credit miles?
With the disruptions in the middle east, I can see that I potentially might have a need to fly Turkish in future - but I doubt I would be a regular flyer.

I was thinking maybe Qatar Avios for flexibility, or United MilagePlus for no time limit on expiry...

I don't really fly SQ or other Asian Airlines or AirCanada...

Which airlines let you use their FF points to book VA flights? I feel like this info should be easy to find, but I can't seem to figure it out.

SQ is best for compatibility with VA as you can link accounts, so you can transfer into VA if something takes your fancy. Having said that, it's also a harder program than most to achieve status in if that's important.
