Greetings travellers
I am travelling with Singapore Airlines flight in P Class to Europe & return later this year. Do not currently have KrisFlyer account, but have Virgin Velocity and AirNZ Airpoints.
What would be the best value? Adding points to existing Airpoints account or opening up a KF account and transferring points to Velocity?
I tend to do a a bit of domestic travelling, however am intending to travel with AIrNZ again to the US in 2019.
Thanks crew :)

If you plan transferring to Velocity, earn direct with Velocity, the earn rate on KF & Velocity is the same and you will lose out when you transfer from KF to Velocity at 1.35:1. Most actually transfer their points in the other direction (Velocity to KF) due to better ways of using their points (in business class) on Singapore Airlines.

I would avoid using AirNZ Airpoints, You will get 180 Airpoints Dollars, and to keep it simple, you would be lucky to get you a one way flight across the Tasman to NZ for this, on Velocity you'll get around 22,000 miles (more or less depending on your departure point), and this will at the least get you a one way across the Tasman with some points left over.

Apart from what has already been said above, the SC's with Virgin would go far to getting GOLD
