I'm flying into Dublin via Heathrow in a couple of weeks (arrive Heathrow T3 depart T2). Does anyone know how I clear Customs/Immigration now that the UK's not in the EU? At Heathrow and again in Dublin?

Great question. If you dont get an answer here you might try flyertalk.com. Must be someone there who has already tried this

I fly QF1 Singapore to LHR then Aer Lingus EI151 to Dublin. Transit time is 1 hour 35 min. If I don't have to go through Customs/Immigration at Heathrow, that should be fine, but ...

I saw this. It doesnt answer your question exactly
I imagine you will need to collect luggage from QF in T3 then walk or catch bus to T2. If you're not on the same ticket, you might be able to online checkin when you hit Singapore then bag drop at T2. You will still need to go through security again at T2 if it is anything like our T3 to T5 transfer.

The UK is still effectively in the EU until the end of the year due to the 'transition period'.
At any rate, the UK has always had immigration/customs checks separate to the EU because the UK has never been part of the Schengen Area.

Ireland also isn't part of Schengen. The UK and Ireland have a common travel area.
Assuming you get checked through, you'll need to clear transit security at LHR and as far as I'm aware, immigration at DUB.
