Where did I read about booking in PE rows?

Somewhere last week I read about booking in PE rows on an economy ticket.

I can't find it again.....can anyone point me to the thread please?

You can do it when a 4 class 744 operates a three class service, such as LAX or DFW which are the most common, but as the 744s get reconfigured or retired, these opportunities are going.

It means you have to fly on particular days depending on the aircraft.
