Where can I check status of FF upgrade request?

Hey there Guys/Gals.

I've requested a FF upgrade (domestic) and I'm logging into website to check it's status.

I am struggling to see where the request is documented (made over 2 months ago) and 48h out I am unsure where I will be able to see if I was awarded the upgrade.

Any help is very appreciated.

Two places:

Manage my booking when you log into your FF account.

Check my trip

There are two ways to view the status of your upgrade request. Log in to your FF account and click Your Bookings on the left side to bring up your upcoming flight bookings. From there:

1. Click Upgrade next to the booking in question, or
2. Click View/Change/Check-in, scroll down to Flight details, and expand the flight (by clicking the drop-down arrow).

If it was 'no availability, you are on a waitlist' when you initially requested, and its still not come through, then call them ASAP. There is a known fault that if there are no upgrade seats available when requested, and you go on a wait list, then any seats that become available are NOT assigned to the waitlist, so it has to be done manually.

Or just cancel the request online and then immediately resubmit it again.
