  • Qantas.com flight search error:
We are unable to find the flight recommendations for requested segment (s) %s to %s on airlines that we search. (#9207)
this has been going on for months now
and when one calles the res line they start the "go to bottom page for viewing tips" rubbish
yes I have 5 green ticks.

yes I know they will waive the fee! but its not the point, they can't find the flights like we can, they say no there is no rome to sydney, they don't look at all the flights individually like we do.
just get the F====g website fixed.
by the way anyone who wants them to ticket a flight without a booking fee just read them that error number(9207) they don't ask any more questions.

What route are you looking to fly?
many many routers
rome dxb syd
zrh dxb syd
mxp hkg syd
ams hkg syd
cdg hkg syd
cdg dbx syd then tried to bne on all those routes.
and many more this is just what I was looking for today
even put syd lhr on the first sector to try to sort it out
this is not unusual its been happening for about 3 mtgs
the res agents know about it thats why they book for no charge
but not the point I want to first find the flts I want and then book online

I reported issues with multi-city booking ex-SIN last year. I believe this is still not fixed.

I found another issue when trying to book a return flight BNE-SYD-BKK that half the flight options were JQ flights and I was not able to select the flights I wanted.

There have been many reports on AFF of people having booking issues in recent times without any of them getting fixed. Obviously Qantas has more important things to consider for their IT staff. Hmmm....

I find being a P1 helps there ;)

But seriously... I recall they paid for an IT upgrade, there was a cost blowout and instead of letting it continue they just stopped it and (I would assume here) are re-evaluating. Cash is a bit tight at the moment so it may not be high on their list... but if they want future bookings they should realise that having a working booking engine is useful... at some point.
