Airlines have various strengths and weaknesses, in all classes but lets talk about Business here, flying long haul.

If you could, what would be your ideal combination of soft and hard product? Two if you can't decide 🙂

Mine:

Aircraft: A380 (with QR type lounge)

Boarding: JAL, Qatar

Seat: Qatar QSuites, seat by window

Amenity kit: Well, United, once.

Food: (presentation/variety/quality): JAL, Qatar

Wine: (variety/quality): Lufthansa

Flight attendants: Lufthansa, Singapore Airlines

Lounge at home base: Qatar

Frequent Flyer Program: Singapore Airlines, Air Canada

Overall, Ahhhh .. nice to be back on board: Qatar

a350 - cabin pressure and very quiet.

seat - apex suite, window. Basically a first class product. it I haven’t tried the new Finnair product. or ANA’s ‘the room’.

soft product - food and wine - probably air france.

Aircraft: 350
Seat: reverse herringbones. Haven't tried the new ones with doors though! I don't like the ones where huge differences can be found between window/aisle seats. Always stress me out trying to get a window seat!
Food (I don't drink): probably China Airlines
Lounge at home base: Cathay
Frequent Flyer Program: hmmm none atm! If KrisFlyer doesn't expire might be them.
Flight attendants: SQ? Although with JAL or China Airlines I do think if you speak their language things might be a lot different!
