Whats your EDR lifetime total points haul

To me that is incredible, how large is your family? Can you please give me an example of what you are buying?

It's not the volume of what you are buying, it's the bonus points game. I've got about 28,000 points from EDR since Jan 2011 but at least 20,000 of them were bonus points. This is based on a weekly shop of less than $100 per week. The points are based on goods only, I have a separate credit card points scheme.

Total EDR haul is a pretty poor 19,737....however, the penny has finally dropped & I just filled the car with WOW liquid using an EDR 30c offer......121lts = 1,815 points:D

So after a couple of years of earning - I've just racked up nearly 10% of my total life haul filling the car up:cool:

Happy days........just ticked over the spend limit to secure another 20c lt offer this week:D

My statement came through overnight.
DeKa:
WW 600 points (you can see I've been shopping at Coles)
BWS zero! (no wonder the BWS manager nearby looks at me as I walks past...)
BigW 70 - only bought things I need
Caltex 2300 - all the high value fuel vouchers turned into points
Bonus - 550 - nearly 10 times less than normal.

MrsDeKa
WW 980
BWS 60 - we did have a bonus points offer or two for BWS on this card
BigW 130 - spend for the valentines bonus offer and a few others
Caltex zero - as I always fill up the car
Bonus - 2500 - not complaining, but very low.

This quarter's statement arrived for us both. It remains low...

DeKa:
WW 1175 points (maybe I've been shopping at Woolworths too much?)
BWS 100 (I did get a few BWS Bonus offers and usually spend a little more than I need to)
Cellarmasters 1076 (thank you Shintaro10x)
BigW 20
Caltex 2198 - all the high value fuel vouchers turned into points
Bonus - 1419 - bonus points are slightly up on last quarter but not anywhere near what they used to be

MrsDeKa
WW 257
BWS 50 - we did have a bonus points offer or two for BWS on this card
BigW 111 - spend for the valentines bonus offer and a few others
Caltex zero - as I always fill up the car
Bonus - 700 - massive drop since last quarter

Good luck to Mr & Mrs DeKa for next quarter...!

almost the same as Amaroo, 23516 points as I never really targetted the bonus points until recently, however, I get the bulk of my points from credit card spend - around 40k points per month on my various cards. My EDR points are starting to accumulate much more rapidly since I started reading this thread, taking up the bonus offers sent to me and switching to points in lieu of a fuel discount at the pump.

I'm fast becoming a convert to this EDR/Fuel capper :D

Since this post I have added another 7941 points on the EDR by targeting bonus points etc in 53 days which averages 150 points per day. Prior to really targeting points and taking advantage of the bonus point offers I would average 11 points per day. On an annual basis that works out at 3995 points per annum vs 54750 points per annum for very little effort. Add in the credit card points on my spend (DJ Platinum 2.25 QFF pts per $) and it is a worthwhile little earner.

You're doing far better than me - I've only added 3527 in the same time. With 2,500 of those being one transaction at the bowser.

However, my EpiQure J curve is looking pretty good:D
