In other words, which item should I choose to redeem my points and then try and sell will give me the highest cash per point

I know usually redeeming points on the store for actual things is a horrible option but I want to 'liquidate' some of these points and use them to purchase miles for other programs like AA, LM, USDM etc

I'm thinking Apple products because they are easier to sell but QF wants a lot of points for them as well for obvious reasons..

Any other ideas on how to 'liquidate' QFF points?

I'd do the math on a cents-per-point basis. Bang for buck, you're probably not going to be able to make it work IMHO, but I still maintain the best value of points is on upgrades.

Based on the promos AA frequently have (USDM is going the way of the dodo very very soon, so wouldn't be using that either personally), you have to weigh up the options.

Throw it all into a spreadsheet, but typically the cpp on the QFF store is terrible.

Gift cards and selling them to card limbo will probably offer the lowest risk highest return.
