What's happening to the coughet flights?!

Does anyone know what's happening to JQ's flights from SYD to HKT? Looks like they have cancelled a fair bulk of their flights and appear to be running only 1 or 2 weekly direct flights. All the Saturday flights except for 1 in August have been cancelled. I've been affected by this change, which has now made it incredibly inconvenient!

Are they routing you through MEL? I know they did this in March when I went to HKT. Lots of unhappy people.

I wonder if these flights are going as well as previously. Having been once I can't see any reason to return.
 
Yeah, they're re-routing me through MEL a day later! Not happy.
