What use will QF make of the MEL 'alleyway?'

On 10 November 2015 JQ commences MEL operations at the new T4 that is already being used by TT.

Will QF use the 'alleyway' gates (which lack aerobridges: they are numbered in the '24' series if I recall) vacated by JQ for QantasLink flights or will these ground level gates be used by QF 'mainline' aircraft with boarding and alighting of QF passengers via stairs at both ends of the planes?

opusman, yes you are correct. What I should have said was 'exclusively', although there may not be sufficient QantasLink departures to justify that.
