What time of day does SQ release the bulk of their available rewards?

I was able to snag 4 x MEL-LHR in J in late June.

I'm now searching for the return leg (prefer IST-MEL but open to other European ports). But I can't find any availability anywhere for 4 pax on one booking. I can find 4x IST-SIN but it seems on all the SIN-MEL flights there is only eligibility for 2 people. Any suggestions? May need to split the booking on the way home, which is doable but not ideal. Unless they're releasing Europe-MEL flights at a different time than the outbound ones (10am Melbourne time)?

Any advice appreciated.

See other thread about Brisbane blocking, something might be in play here. TBH I would book asap with whatever you can find. Try Brussels and AMS for better availability and then maybe MEL/SYD for the Sin to Oz legs
