What recourse to seek for QF refunds that are taking longer than 8 weeks

Does anyone have any advice on how to deal with QF not refunding within their initial 8 weeks?

I have contacted them now that it has been 9 weeks since I requested a refund and they have now advised it will be another 8 weeks.

I've already complained to the ACA but they take 20 days to respond.

Is there any other recourse that members here have sought that has worked for them?

Any advice much appreciated.

Credit card chargeback through Amex has worked for me more than once.
