Too much bling just ain't a good thing
A little bit of a sparkle is good, a lot is a distraction.
Don’t stand out from the pack
In general, applicants should not have visible tattoos, body piercings, or unusual hairstyles or makeup.
No slobs allowed
Qantas states flight attendants must "understand the importance of hygiene standards inflight so all areas of the cabin are clean and fresh for our customers".
Listen up.. and be nice!
Flight attendants are told they need to give their full attention to passengers, ask “appropriate” questions and be polite.
Phew, we’re exhausted just thinking about it!

This would be a tricky job especially dealing with the occasional DYKWIA.
I noticed a comment about the age of AA flight attendants who have had to work on due to the failure of their retirement planning.
In an emergency I would prefer experience over an attractive flight attendant.
Older and experienced flight attendants rock in my eyes.
