What is the risk factor of Pilots being Radicalised?

Just reading the above article and it got me thinking if there is a threat from Radicalised Pilots on commercial flights given the recent events of suicidal pilots and one wonders how this would or could be picked up.

There are probably IS pilots in the making. Scary thought but likely true.

I am not concerned about the current "fashionable hype" about terrorism.

Scared of pilots - then don't fly. I can think of ten other ways that - much more easier - but probably causing just as much carnage and leading to fear for much longer, but anyway I digress as I am not giving ideas. My point is we should all live our lives as best as we can, because we are all very lucky enough to do so.
