Just planning ahead, would like to increase my Enrich points in time for a trip coming up six months from now.

I know Enrich points are normally useless, but from what I can see is that you can use the points to pay for things such as Lounge Access, Excess baggage (which will be more than likely the case) and things such as that.

I know Westpac do the Enrich Altitude card (I think), is there any other ways such as promotions or transferring points from hotel programs over?

Westpac Altitude and Platiunum transfer at 2/1. the earn on Altitude Amex is 2/1, but the earn on Westpac Platinum Amex is 3/1. there is also MR on Amex but that is 4/3 (i think). depends on how much you can earn really. i cracked $700K in 8 months, but my business expenses are all on the Altitude, and recently swapped to the Platinum. for me paying the $295 for the Platinum Amex is worth it for getting 3/1,and then transfer at 2/1.
4/4 flights on MH in the last 2 years have been upgraded with points from Y to J.

Apart from Westpac Altitude cc (which is the easiest way to earn/transfer miles with Enrich), there's also St George cc that you can transfer miles to Enrich.
The only hotel programme (in Australia) is the Priority Club (ntercontinental) programme. 10000 PC points converts to 1500 Enrich miles.
