TT have the best OTP of any airline in Australia. I know flights volumes are less than others, but still much better than they were previous to the grounding. Only going that stops me flying them again is no online checkin.

I haven't got around to posting updates on the meeting thread as I still have a few flights to book.

Next Friday and Sunday. Yes I know I am a sucker for punishment....

Hi John I am flying VA next Friday at midday to Sydney for the QF 81/82 if that helps for lounge access and flying back Sunday on QF at around midday. If that helps with lounge access on TT

Thanks for the kind offer but our flights do not quite match although Sunday could be OK.

I have a 7:20pm flight OOL-SYD Friday and 1:50pm SYD-BNE flight from T2 on Sunday.

There are a few of us in the J lounge at T 3 on Sunday so happy to guest you in coming in on QF 82 at 1015 into T1 then over to T3.

I will second that. My SYD-MEL flight leaves at 14.30, so it should be do-able.

I wish you luck John. We has 7 flights go haywire over 3 months last year with TT. Company policy now is don't use them. Staff have been advised to stay overnight instead at our cost rather then risk them.

My concern is that I need to check-in 45 minutes before flight and I cannot leave it to the last minute. Bar opens 12:00noon so I can have a couple of Blondes and 3 Vodkas and stagger over to T2 at 12:30pm. :shock:
