Not a super exciting topic.

Parents have a linked Flybuys account accumulating points to the same account.

One aren't has recently passed away.

As a joint account I assume the accumulation will just pass to the surviving person.

Anyone had an experience on this area with Flybuys?

The Frequent Flyer Concierge team takes the hard work out of finding reward seat availability. Using their expert knowledge and specialised tools, they'll help you book a great trip that maximises the value for your points.

My condolences.

Maybe PM the rep if no reply, they are very helpful and active.

Our condolences. In these circumstances if the primary cardholder passes away we permit the spouse (if secondary cardholder) to become the primary cardholder of the account.

Cheers, will send a formal notification in the snail mail in due course.

I was fearful it was going to be a QFFesk total forfeit.

All good.
