Hi,

I have an offer for spend 90 for 4 weeks to get 12000 bonus points. To meet the qualifying spend I put through an order for 92.40 including baby formula for $25. They were out of stock of the formula and so gave me a refund code.

Will the offer still credit if I fulfill the rest? Online it reads:

WOW Online
25 March

$67.40 92

ie I've only spent $67.40. I would be less likely to take up these offers if the refund doesn't count so good to know

Thanks,
Paul

I had this problem a couple of years ago. The bonus points were not automatically credited so I rang up to request them. They initially refused, but when I said that my original order was higher than the spend target and that I was not offered any replacement for the product that was not delivered they agreed to award the points as a "gesture of goodwill".
